Hi everybody, My name is Julian Sore, or better known to my friend's as Jools. Over the last 20 years, I have had a variety of jobs, from electronics, software programmer, systems engineer and IT manager. However for over 5 years, I have been running Jools UK Ltd (www.joolsuk.co.uk)(50% owner) and for over 6 months, Jungle Jungle (www.jungle-jungle.co.uk)- a childrens indoor play centre in Andover (50% Owner). For 5 years I have also run and performed Disco's as Jools Disco's. My interest in music began a long time ago, when I wired torch light bulbs up to my record player so that they flashed in time to the music (at about 5 years old!). Since then, I have been collecting music, and over the late 90's and early 00's I have put my disco rig together. The build up to me going pro occurred during late 2001 and 2002, when I was highly involved in organising the training of 108 Hampshire Scouts and Guides, attending the Thailand World Scout Jamboree. We had regular disco's as part of the social side of the weekends, and by the end of 2002, the decision to do disco's commercially had been made. The Jools Disco started in January 2003, and has since played at many functions around the UK. These include the 5 year old birthdays right up to 90 year old birthdays (and she was still up for YMCA and Opps Outside your head!). I have done corporate evenings, school disco's (including Infant schools), hockey clubs, scout groups and even a nurses group. However, by far, the main events that I do is Wedding Receptions. I have done three events in a weekend, and the longest disco to date has been 9 hours (I must look up the world record!). I believe that the main reason we are a success, is because we listen to our clients requirements, and do our best to fulfill them. If we can accommodate a request and its legal, we will do so. My diary works in a very simple manner - the first thing that is booked into it goes. I have so far never cancelled a disco, and never let a client down. I intend doing everything I can to maintain this. I hope this helps to give you a bit more insight into Jools Disco. I look forward to speaking to you.

Jools Interests So, what am I interested in. I have a very varied taste in music. This includes the 1960's to modern. I like light rock, pop, club, dance and odd songs from most genres. I'm not so keen on R+B, Ska Punk, heavy rock, Grunge or Garage (but will play them if you wish). Recently I have been getting more into Club / Dance music (but not the club scene itself). I am also T-Total. I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, and I don't do drugs! I used to eat a lot, but I am currently slimming down. I'm heavily into computers. This has been a major interest for 20 plus years, and I suppose one of the reasons for starting my own computer company (www.joolsuk.co.uk). I'm also heavily into Scouting. However, this is not your usual scout leader running a meeting each week. I specialise in recruiting a group of Scouts and Guides from across the UK, and then training them, and taking them to places like Uganda and Zambia and building schools in remote villages. Its much more exciting! For my latest project, please visit www.int-scout.org.uk
I hope this gives you a bit of an insight to me, and look forward to meeting you at your event.
